Delivery Options and Prices

2-5 Day UK Delivery – Royal Mail

All clothing & accessory item orders come with delivery as standard on a 2-5 day UK service (when ordered before 3pm Tue-Thurs excluding bank holidays).

Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail

Tuesday – Thursday if ordered before 3pm

UK Next day before 6pm – £12.95

(This excludes bank holidays)

If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will not be dispatched for next day delivery until the next working day. For example if you order on a Friday afternoon your parcel will not be dispatched until Tuesday and the order will be delivered from Thursday at the earliest

International Delivery and Prices

International deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail

European delivery is £12.95
Worldwide delivery is £15.00

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.

Click and Collect

Alternatively if you live nearby to Beau Boutique & Tea Room you have the option to click and collect your items from the boutique (orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase). If you request this option please contact us.

Packaging

All of our items will be sent out to you via Royal Mail, our carrier of choice. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag.

If the purchased item is intended as a gift, please state in the special notes box at point of check out. Beau Boutique will ensure that all pricing labels are removed before the item is wrapped in tissue and posted.

Returns

We would request that you notify us of any return within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to return an item please email us at Beauboutique1@aol.com and notify us of the pending return. Please advise us in your email whether you require an exchange, a credit note or refund for the item. Beau is not responsible for the return cost.

We request that you return the goods in the appropriate packaging to avoid the item becoming damaged in transit. Goods should be returned in their original packaging (if any). Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are part of the saleable product. Please return by a signed and tracked postal service, to ensure safe returned delivery to us to ensure your refund is safe. We cannot refund an item that does not arrive with us due to being lost in the post.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all of the Beau/Designer garment tags and security tag intact and still attached. Any security tag that is broken deems the item non returnable or refundable. Paperwork sent with your order advises you of this important fact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please ensure all shoes are tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

We will refund the purchase price to you, less any cost to us for p&p, if applicable, within 7 days of safe receipt of the returned item to Beau.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, we cannot guarantee being able to replace the same product in the same size, but will endeavour to, or we will offer to repair the faulty item if possible.

Late Returns

Please ensure goods being returned are received within the specified time frame. Items returned late may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Christmas Returns

Orders placed after 1st December for Xmas gifts can be returned up to 2nd January.
